무료 체험은 어떻게 끝나나요?How does the free trial end?
체험 시작일로부터 14일 또는 러닝 5회 완료 중 먼저 도달하는 시점에 끝나요. 결제 정보 없이 시작하며, 체험이 끝나도 자동으로 결제되지 않습니다 — 앱에서 직접 구독을 선택해야 이어서 쓸 수 있어요.Whichever comes first: 14 days after you start, or 5 completed runs. No payment info is required to start, and nothing charges automatically when it ends — you choose a plan yourself to continue.
구독을 해지하고 싶어요.How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone [설정 > Apple 계정 > 구독]에서 언제든 해지할 수 있어요. 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간 동안은 계속 이용하실 수 있습니다.Cancel any time via iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. You'll keep access through the period you already paid for.
환불은 어떻게 받나요?How do refunds work?
App Store를 통해 결제된 구독의 환불은 Apple의 환불 정책에 따라 reportaproblem.apple.com에서 처리됩니다. 저희는 결제 수단으로 직접 환불해 드릴 수 없어요. 결제 오류나 중복 결제 등은 아래 문의로 알려주세요.Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple's own refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com — we can't issue refunds directly. 제 러닝 기록과 개인정보를 삭제하고 싶어요.How do I delete my running data?
이 서비스는 계정(로그인)이 없어요. 앱 내 [설정 > 내 데이터 삭제]에서 요청하시면 30일 이내에 서버 데이터를 전량 삭제합니다. 앱을 먼저 지우면 서버 기록이 자동으로 삭제되지 않으니, 삭제 전에 요청해 주세요.This app has no account. Request deletion in-app via Settings > Delete My Data, and we'll erase your server-side data within 30 days. Deleting the app first does not automatically delete server records, so please request deletion before uninstalling.
